Ok I might be wrong but when you were on 89 filming I might’ve been in the seat right in front of you, I had my picture taken with my parents on the train as well. They were sitting across from me, that’s actually funny.
Yes sir. Your parents switched sides a Leaman Place when I did.
I Love Toy Trains 2 VHS Remake!
He seemed a little irritated when he shot it
It wasn’t because of the red car. Train break was thrown the wrong direction. Everyone makes mistakes. Video has some misinformation
Well, I've been a mainline engineer for 26 years and it sure looks like he intended to shootem to me! 🤷♂️
Travis, doesn't yalls Army geeps have 6 brakes on them? If so, does that look like an accident or intentional?
@@kawasakiz76 Yes, 1829 has a No. 6 brake in it. When in release, you move it to the left and you go into overcharge, dumping main reservoir air into the brake pipe. So I’m like you, it looks like he intentionally shot the air.
I was the engineer I was trying to release the brakes but I don't know what was going through my mind at the time I throw it the wrong way. The car had nothing to do with me dumping the train by the time I did dump it I couldn't even see the car anymore so I wouldn't have know if he tried to beat the train or not unless we had hit him or he had made it across. We all make mistakes I just happened to make one there.
Where can I buy that sidewinder pipe from? I’m looking for one on my 94
63 years 👴& still crazy about old school locomotive diesel trains❤🇺🇸👍💕💝💖
Awesome video!!
Thank you! And thanks for watching!!
What size is the rear tire?
240
Why rail truck following the train?
To put out any fires.
Thanks for sharing your great footage! I got to ride in the 1877 observation car on this trip and couldn't believe how many fans that showed up along the route to capture this special event! It's great to see so many people of all ages love and appreciate steam locomotives! Long live steam!!
Yess!! Thanks for watching!!
Couldn’t agree more! I was one of those fans along the route, and the observation car was a very nice addition to this excursion.
And puts it into memories.
Caillou kills it.
Nice, scenic camera positions.
Thank you! And thanks for watching!!
the sidewinder pipe is brutally loud
Ah that is so awesome. So sorry about your wife, but happy you moved on and now have three sons. Everyone is awed by trains. Thank you for sharing.
Love to see it
The kid practiced so hard he went from looking like a child to a man in 4 years lol
Good job bro keep rocking! You have a good dad
Awesome! It's amazing what kids can accomplish with supportive parents. It's cool too how you see him grow not just as a guitarist but from a kid into a young man. That's a special video for many reasons.
Keep it up lad, here's some advice from a pro. Focus on alternate picking as this will make your playing sound smoother and enable you to play faster if you want to. Practice with a click or backing track to help with your timing. Finally. ask yourself what are you goals? Do you want to learn to play some licks and riffs or do you want to really learn the Guitar? Explore the CAGED system.
thats nice! keep it up. Reminds me like myself so many years ago! I also started to play guitar thanks to Metallica around 1999🤘🤘
Dude the progression in this video is awesome keep up the hard work your killing it
Rock on bro! Don't listen to anyone who criticizes you for playing the songs wrong, creative liberty is a thing, you have the rest of your life to learn those songs. And from what your doing now you are gonna be playing the shit outta those songs. Hopefully next time I see you is up on stage with Metallica 🤘
I love the pantera
jesus, that's mediocre. no offense, but please get a real guitar teacher and practice correctly.
i wish i had footage like this of my son's journey. the last of his music is on here under the band names of Interest of Escape, Dread Manor and Eden's Gate.www.youtube.com/@edensgate8945 Eden's Gate is kinda of hard to find but i have a playlist on my page. Eden's Gate was his and his late wife's project a couple of years ago. he's still wants to do the band thing but has concentrated on recording, mixing and producing.
And still plays Master of Puppets wrong :P
well dude you have perfect pitch obviously ,amazing detection. never see the progress and keep criticizinng. you deserve a good sleep tonight. sweet dreams. hope you will be better than today,
@@johnathanholloway6407 Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing your progress at all. that's ok. My only criticism is that you haven't bothered to use the right tabs over the years. Your skills are now easily enough. It's a shame when there are problems with such little things. Maybe I'm a bit picky about this too. who knows?
@johnathanholloway6407 a little constructive criticism never hurt anyone!! 🤘
Beautiful vid
WOW! Heck of a journey, gives us old hacks some hope.
Nice 🤘
Awww! This is so awesome!!!🥹

Get rid of the black on Southern 4501 and put her back in Southern Green! Oh, before I forget, get rid of that automatic stoker
Well that’s just inaccurate and irresponsible. 4501 was historically always painted black until its 1965 rebuild. It was painted black on the Southern, it was black on the K&T, and it was black when it arrived at TVRM in 1964. As for the stoker, it was an addition deemed necessary for 4501’s continuous operation by TVRM. 4501 is a very coal-hungry engine, and it would sometimes require two firemen feeding the fire just to keep it running. The stoker makes it a lot easier for the fireman to maintain the locomotive’s operation.
@@SouRwy4501Productions to be honest here a lot of people, recognize the 4501 in Southern Green she looks a lot better in Southern Green than the original black and I have to agree on the automatic stoker
so No. 5 in Return C M A!
No. 4 Y A S C E! Casey! The Beagle! What a Treat!
I’ve seen the original video. This up is really nice.
